We offer the most comprehensive home inspection service available. We start at the roof to evaluate its surface, as well as the chimney, ventilation system, electrical service entrance, plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof. Our next step is to inspect the exterior of the home. We use both a macro and micro approach to look at both the big picture and all of the details.

After this, we then move inside the house and start at the bottom. We eventually work our way up through the home and into the attic. While inside, we address things, such as the structure, heating and cooling systems, electrical and plumbing systems, interior finishes, insulation and ventilation, and accessories (e.g. fireplaces). To identify any existing water in the walls or floors of the home, we also provide a moisture thermal scan service at every inspection at no extra charge.

Our evaluation is then communicated through a detailed inspection report, which includes descriptions of all of the systems in the home, as well as any recommended improvements. This will help you prioritize the improvements and develop a blueprint for your future in your home.
